Meet the founder
Experience from inside a listed company
Jennifer is an accountant and former Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a listed company, having been involved in the company's journey from IPO and listing through its subsequent corporate and business development activities.
Her professional experience extends beyond accounting and financial reporting, covering corporate finance, capital raising, quarterly and annual reporting, corporate administration, commercial matters and management support.
Track record
Jennifer was involved in a RM500 million Sukuk Murabahah and two separate RM1.5 billion Sukuk Wakalah issuances, giving her practical exposure to corporate fundraising, financing structures, transaction documentation and stakeholder coordination.
Today, through JenCo Capital Advisory, Jennifer brings this experience to businesses and management teams seeking practical support across corporate, financial and business matters.
